Enter them and then you will receive a mail with your username in it.
- Then in the next box, you can enter your password. Similar to above, either enter the password you entered while creating the account or enter the password given by the bank. Similarly, you can click on the “Forgot password?” button below the “Logon button”. This time you will be asked your username, loan number and SSN/TIN. Then, you have to go through a security verification. After that you can enter your new password.
- Finally, click on the “Logon” button.
